Must-Attend 3 Weekly Group Training Sessions (Minimum or Disqualified)
Must Weigh-In Weekly on Mondays
Attendance Must Be Recorded by Signing Up for Class in the Resilient APP
Challenge Winners Will Be the Ones with the Highest Fat Loss & Muscle Gain Ratios
Tie Breaker Will Be The One Who Attended The Most Small Group Training Classes
