Our Hiit the Core workout will sculpt your abs, back, chest and butt and improve your body’s overall strength, balance, and coordination. Core workouts hit all the muscles that support your spine. These muscles are responsible for posture and provide strength for all your physical activities. Hiit the Core classes happen on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM and are led by Rachel.
