It is a fitness program for people 65 years and older that's included with many Medicare Advantage plans. SilverSneakers® refers to both the larger comprehensive program and the fitness classes. Participating gyms can offer a variety of options including access to fitness equipment and group fitness classes for all levels and abilities. At Resilient Fitness we offer Wellington area seniors the Silver Sneakers classic class. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are facilitated by trained instructors.
Does Silver Sneakers pay for gym membership?
Yes it does. And it allows you free access to it's network of gyms throughout the United States.
