Individual Personal Training

Before you begin a program, you will first undergo a "Personal Resilient Analysis" where we understand your needs and goals, do some fitness tests like body composition analysis, and then, if a goal is to decrease body fat and build lean muscle, we will set a goal weight and body fat and tell you how much fat you need to lose and how much muscle you need to gain to reach your goals.  We can also give you a timeline on how long it will take to reach your goals.

Finally, we critique your current diet and exercise program and educate you on things like Caloric Need, Meal Frequency, Carbohydrate Metabolism, Protein Need, and Timing & Balancing Meals, Muscle Fibers, Anaerobic versus Aerobic, Proper Resistance for each fiber type, as well as Cardio, and Target Heart Rate.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training gives you both flexibility in scheduling while also being gentler on your pocketbook. Small Group Training has a maximum of 5-7 people at a time, but still, follow an individualized program that fits your individual needs.

Monday-Friday: 7am-1pm & 3pm-8pm

Saturday:  8am, 9am, 10am, 11am

Will has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and holds a cross fit certification as well. For 12 years, he was a competitive power lifter who was 14th in the country in his weight class!

Will has worked with a variety up people ranging from the average Joe looking to get healthier, athletes, equestrians, and even kids. He loves to help people reach their personal wellness goals, whatever they may and he utilizes his experience and skills to get them there.

I had the opportunity to teach for 6 years spinning, kickboxing, and personal training in Miami. In that time, I also competed in Body Building Figure competitions for over 3 years. In all honesty working in this gym for over 9 years has given me the opportunity to work with kids, adults, equestrians, and seniors. It has let me see in each of my clients not only the desire to live a healthier lifestyle but also to reach personal fitness goals.

Functional Fitness Trainer

Trainer Philosophy: I take everyone to all levels of health and fitness: geriatric, rehab, all the way up to professional level. The fastest and safest way possible... I help and push each personalized or group fitness individual to the absolute highest potential that a person can be!! It’s SIMPLY, eats from the earth and WORK CONSISTENTLY HARD!!!

Over 15 years of experience at Corp level. PTA Global certified. CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFIED. Nutritional Practitioner.

Cross training, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Weight Lose, Geriatric and Rehab, and kids from 5 and up.

Mike

Resilient Fitness Trainer

Mike has over 10 years of experience in the athletic field. Starting since he was very young as a junior tennis player in Venezuela. His passion for sports, athletic performance and desire to help people has made him take the next step and become a health and wellness coach. He is currently certified as a Personal Trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), he is also certified as a Nutritional Coach by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Specializing in functional training and athletic performance he is also starting his own fitness program called “Mike’sWorkout” based on compound exercise and in the periodization of training, perfect to match any of your goals, weight loss, toning and building muscle. Unstoppable in his fitness knowledge is on his way in a dietetics and nutrition degree.

Danielle

Crossfit Trainer

Danielle first started CrossFit in 2010 to help with collegiate cross country and half marathon races but ended up switching to the new sport altogether after the first competition. Since then, she has competed on a team for the 3 CrossFit Games (2016-2018), 4 Southeast and Atlantic Regionals (2015-2018), 2 years of the National Pro Grid League with the Miami Surge, 2 years Coaching the Florida Grid League’s Palm Beach Elite as well as multiple years in the Elite division at Wodapalooza and throughout the country. Her certifications include CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Mobility, Pendlay Olympic Weightlifting and currently studying for the Opex CCP.
