Individual Personal Training

Before you begin a program, you will first undergo a "Personal Resilient Analysis" where we understand your needs and goals, do some fitness tests like body composition analysis, and then, if a goal is to decrease body fat and build lean muscle, we will set a goal weight and body fat and tell you how much fat you need to lose and how much muscle you need to gain to reach your goals.  We can also give you a timeline on how long it will take to reach your goals.

Finally, we critique your current diet and exercise program and educate you on things like Caloric Need, Meal Frequency, Carbohydrate Metabolism, Protein Need, and Timing & Balancing Meals, Muscle Fibers, Anaerobic versus Aerobic, Proper Resistance for each fiber type, as well as Cardio, and Target Heart Rate.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training gives you both flexibility in scheduling while also being gentler on your pocketbook. Small Group Training has a maximum of 5-7 people at a time, but still, follow an individualized program that fits your individual needs.

Monday-Friday: 7am-1pm & 3pm-8pm

Saturday:  8am, 9am, 10am, 11am

Growing up in South Florida, Will’s strength training program is a prime attribute to forge if you are seeking increased health and longevity. He is Crossfit certified, has been in the fitness industry over 20 years, group and personal trainer, as well as manager of our newly renovated facility. He competed for 12 years in powerlifting and placed 14th in the country in the 148lb division. He specializes in equestrians, kids fitness, and athletes.



Danielle first started CrossFit in 201o to help with collegiate cross country and half marathon races but ended up switching to the new sport altogether after the first competition. Since then, she has competed on a team for the 3 CrossFit Games, 4 Southeast and Atlantic Regionals, 2 years of the National Pro Grid League with the Miami Surge, 2 years Coaching the Florida Grid League's Palm Beach Elite as well as multiple years in the Elite division at Wodapalooza and throughout the country.



After moving to the United States over 25 years ago, with her steadfast faith in God, constant dedication, perseverance, and strive for excellence you can find her spinning, kickboxing, personal training, and bodybuilding. Buodney has previously competed in bodybuilding competitions for over 3 years. Her passion to inspire her various clients’ from children to mothers, equestrians and senior citizens alike.
